Zandronum

Oi all.

I'm not sure if this is the right part of the forums to ask this in, but I wanna ask you guys something. My brother's coming home from college soon, and I was planning on playing some Doom with him via a LAN server.

Do you guys have any suggestions for any singleplayer/gameplay WADs for when we play?

I already know of some obvious ones, like Brutal Doom, RGA2, HR 1 and 2, AV, Scythe 1 and 2, DTWIDD, ect., but are there any other ones worth playing?

Light-Maze? It is cooperative and jumping. Including bossbattles and secrets.

I find Brothers of Ruin is always good for lan.

It has remakes of (almost all of) the Doom2 levels. Some are pretty lengthy. The entire set from maps 1 to 32 will probably take you guys like 3 to 4 hours, if it's just the two of you.

Is it compatible with Zandronum? Probably a dumb question, but I noticed that the latest RGA didn't work with Zandronum, so I just wanna be sure.

Yes it's compatible with Zandronum. You just need to load the 2 skulltag PK3's first though.

You should definitely play maps made by Terry. They are amazing works of art famous in the doom community for their amazing gameplay. His most famous wad is UAC Military Nightmare, which won a Cacoaward.

Even though this guy is trying to make you have a bad experience while playing a game, he is right. It did win a cacoward.

In all serious-ness Id play some stuff like unloved or soulcrusher.
