More than 2 teams?

Can there be another team beside red and blue? This may be a good feature to have for multiple team clash!

Yes! Use sv_maxteams 3 or 4 and make sure you have a map that supports it, or play one of the DM-based gamemodes.

Instead of manually submitting the command to the console, where can i set that command while creating a server in Doomseeker so that it will automatically have more than 2 teams?

When you're creating a server with Doomseeker go to "Custom parameters" and type +sv_maxteams 3 or 4.

By the way, Can i specify a specific color for the third team to use in the game?

You'll have to define the teams from scratch with a TEAMINFO lump
