Sorry I'm 10 days late. I was playng a Pokemon Hack for the first time, which is Pokemon Jupiter, It's pretty cool and my Favorite Pokemon in this hack is Scroojeow.
Anyways here's the question
Which Doom Version you like the most?
Original, Flash, PSX, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, Jaguar, XBOX 360 Live, GBA, or N64.

The N64 one was a completely different game. The original for me, but you've missed off the gba port (1 and 2 were ported by different developers) which I used to play a lot.

Original and PSX are the ones for me.
Maybe the 360 version as well if only for it's simplicity in setting up split-screen games.

I love the original Doom I the most. Doom II had a lot of...really missing elements for me. The maps between levels was a nice touch, and the areas actually seemed to fit their descriptions, not to mention had a lot of really good texturing. A lot of the later Doom II areas are abstract layouts with brown textures everywhere, and the SSG actually suffers from being too sexy--it cleanly blows every other weapon out of the water.

From what I've heard the Jaguar version is the closest to come close to the PC Port but I will have to go with SNES

PSX one, have a right music for that game and its more hard to see (it's darker than the normal doom)

Gba, it had a different first map for the episode 3. also, i could play it in my Ds whitow need of Homebrew :D
