Will a new Railgun be embedded in Zandronum, so all players can use instagib properly without needing a 3rd party wad?

Players just need to load skulltag_actors.pk3 and skulltag_data.pk3. That should do it. So I don't see a reason to have a new one.

What would be nice is for people to actually play DM servers not during FNF.
