It's 2021 and ALT-Enter still doesn't work on Linux

It's 2021
Zandronum just had an update a few weeks ago v3.1.x
And ALT+Enter to go into Fullscreen still doesn't work on Linux
Mouse movement is weird too, compared to the smooth mouse movement I get in Wine
It's a shame because I can't use Doomseeker inside of Wine, I've tried and it didn't work (does it depend on NET Framework to run?)
It would be nice if Doomseeker could pick the Wine doom port to run
Anyone knows how to bind ALT+Enter on the console to Toggle Fullscreen?
Some bug tracker report from 2015 mentions it being related to SDL2 and it never got fixed.
