I've stopped reading your post halfway, RoSKing.
By reading the first few blocks I already know the rest too.
Your clan group with these settings are the group that i would LIKE to join in.
Despite the fact that i don't like to join clans, but yours would be my first choice to BE in.
The group sounds like very respectfull, and kind to new-comers.

Where is the 'like' button?
