Port forwarding. You're behind a router and that's why it doesn't show. I had a FAQ in the previous forums that needs to be restored, but basically this is how it works:

For other people to see your server you need to forward necessary UDP port to your local area network. The default port for Zandronum is 10666. Every router does this differently so I can't tell you exactly how to do this. Look for tabs that are named NAT, Port Forwarding, Routing, etc.

For you to see your own server you need to add it to the custom server list. This can be done from Doomseeker configuration box. Just add server with address 127.0.0.1.

To check if people can see your server type in the server console sv_showlauncherqueries 1. If they do then launcher challenges from various IP addresses should start to appear within a few seconds.

Actually, Zandronum does that if you add "-upnp" argument to the command line. Also your router needs to support this.

Yeah, come to think of it it would be a good idea to have lots of tutorials for different routers and isp's, as port forwarding can be different for each setup.

http://www.simpleportforwarding.com/ may be a simple solution. I never used it myself though, so I have no idea if it works or does any evil things, etc.
