Starting a chat with prefix?

Hello guys,i'm NeuRazgriz ^^.
I'm here to ask you: there is a way to start a phrase,in the chat with a prefix?
I mean,i'd like to start the chat with "\c[c7]" (a color) and the rest of the chat,but i'd like to skip to write everytime the code. there are a command that i can do,like a Alias or something?

I know some people have a custom binary with this feature in but with normal zandronum you can't.
