Lowest actual ping is just a 0 that anyone can do, so might as well go for lowest visible number, even if its technically wrong.

The "largest frag limit duel record" can be updated. I can attest to there being duels much larger than a 200 limit.

The current record holder would be Redshirt with his 2500 frag duel not too long after the 1000 frag duel I had with Water. Just wanted to point this out.

Notice the dot, so its around -838.8 thousand.

Thats nothing I saw way lower pings..

and am sure there was many lower a lot of times.

Hmmm, Hydra would know the specific date of his duel. I recall having taken place between December 11th -15th 2012. I know my duel with Water was done November 3rd 2012 because I posted the results right after we finished.

All you have to do to get a bad ping is to find your parent old 128MB modem and connect to a server on the other side of the globe. Simplicity itself.

You can do that with the ping hack.
