DooM hand motion
I dont know if this is unchangeable or not but why are the hand motions the same across all the wads in DooM? I happened to watch some gameplay of a map with complex DooM and noticed that the hands were bouncing back and forth instead of swaying side to side. So I dont know if thats a permanent thing or if its hard to do but I felt like bringing it up.

Are you referring to weapon bobbing or how specific sprites are animated?

I think we can conclude he is talking about weapon bobbing. No it is not permanent. It can be changed, but i don't know if it's compatible with zandronum yet.underbound wrote: the hands were bouncing back and forth instead of swaying side to side.

He probably saw game footage from a user with Dark-Assassin's Custom Binary. That's Doom Alpha bobbing by the way.

Or it could be the Quake style bobing.
Else, it could be ZDoom using that mutated feature I requested on their forums to add additional bob styles.
