Everyone know, builds for PPC machines are present or not?
Or can someone to build that? Beacuse some people uses mac on PPC powered CPU's, they are compatible for normal performance...

The PowerPC architecture is quite old and porting the whole game back seems to be a very labour intensive job. Considering the dwindling user-numbers and the outdated architecture, you're likely shit out of luck.

a VM would likely work. Booting into a different OS will certainly work, although it might be hard to do on PowerPC machines since you'll be stuck with more legacy Linux versions.

This is something I'm really interested in as well. I am going to see if I can port it myself, and I'll let you know if I'm able to pull it off Viron.

Actually, the Linux versions available for it are still very up to date. I've got Debian 7.0 (Wheezy) installed on my old iMac G3 400 MHz (it's 14 years old!), which just was labelled as the current stable a few weeks back. I've got 768 MB RAM in it, and it runs really well. Current Ubuntu is also available, and many others. Zandronum/ZDoom should run really smoothly even on old G3s like mine.
