The only ones I Know of are DoomGLES (Closed Source) and Doom Android (Open Source).

I am currently making my own WAD/.Pk3 from scratch and I want to target both the android OS and PC (Windows, Mac OS, and Linux).

I personally want to play my WAD on the OUYA that is why I am asking.

DoomGLES only support vanilla doom 2 maps, so if you want to run your mod on it, it must be on the "evil" doom map format.
Or with lucky, emulate hmm windows 98 and run zdoom?
