Another lost wad: starts from prison!

Megawad. Custom textures, or palette, probably both. Catchy name. Custom title screen (I think?). Well made, popular, most probably modern. Around dozen maps.
Looks like Earth, theme is mixed (look down).

You started in polygonal room, with cells/cages in every wall, you are free now. You're in some kind of base/prison complex/research complex?, few buildings separated from outside with thick walls. North (I think?) there is a big building, with glass windows and curved, long corridors, I remember Hell Knights there.
Later... I don't remember well. One level that somehow is stuck in my memory, is some water pipes centre (dictionary ain't helping, think power plant but with water). And finally... it's weird, because the prison map looks very modern, but you end up in some castle, like every next map was less and less modern in theme.

Well, the most hard thing about it, is my memory is not failproof and I most probably remember few things wrong... I hope collective mind of this wonderful community will find the way though :)
