Server Round Problem

Whenever I play a server and it goes to the next round it shows "Waiting for Server" and it takes a long time for it, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!?

And if I try to reconnect it keeps on saying "Connecting to whatever Ip"

Turn off your proxy/VPN and try again.

Right click its icon in the notification area on the taskbar (it's probably called Hotspot Shield) and select Disconnect.
