Here's the situation. I have recently acquired a router that would allow both of my computers to share one internet connection. There is one unfortunate consequence of this though. I am no longer able to see my own server within Doomseeker and the address used when hosting is a local one.
What should I do to set it up? My router is a 150 Mbps Wireless N Router. (TL-WR740N) Both computers are connected via LAN cables though.

Firstly you need to route port on which you host the server to your local IP address. Manual for your router will say how to do this.
Secondly, it's highly probable that you still won't see your own server. To fix this just add 127.0.0.1 as Custom Server in Doomseeker configuration.
To check if people can see your server type `sv_showlauncherqueries 1` in server console and see if challenge requests start incoming. They should start incoming almost immediatelly so if nothing happens then you didn't route the port correctly.

Yes, Port Forwarding works. Thanks!
