The maps load but have blue and white checkerboard instead of textures... I just grabbed the wad from allfearthsentinel (this happens a lot with their wads)

Have you tried loading skulltag_data.pk3 along with the file in question? Many of the wads hosted there require Skulltag data to work.

This wad was meant to be loaded alongside xctf2019v3.pk3. Make sure you put that in your wad list before this one. Hope that helps!
