You forced my hand, especially with awesome pizzas like that. He found my weakness (could of done it on Friday when it was my cheat day though )

Anyways, pizza thread. Post all the good pizza you had recently or debate the best pizza places whatever. Since im in Australia, our pizza source is not that great (there are a few gems but that's it)

Chicago-Style Deep Dish is the best in my opinion.

This is going to become Decay's favorite thread since it's all about food.

I like deep dish every now and again, but it always gives me heartburn. For me, the two most important qualities in a pizza are the crust and toppings. I'm more in favor of Brooklyn-style pizza or the "classical" styles like the ones Edward posted. Love when there's whole tomato slices or basil and spinach leaves on it, that's heaven.

What do you guys think about white pizzas? Or alfredo? Or specialties like buffalo chicken pizza? This place near me makes the perfect buffalo pizza; they use ricotta and bleu cheese for the "sauce" instead of tomato sauce. But I think that's a common recipie.
