1) I would delete it but he quoted it, what's the point of deleting it if it still stays in his post?
2) honestly I wouldn't think someone is dumb enough to actually run that here.

To be honest I would be fine for a 1 month ban, you know under any circumstances anything dealing with ddos is nothing good and isn't rewarding. "I didn't know/I wasn't thinking" isn't an excuse when it comes to something viewed as illegal and is stated in the rules.

But you know, next time there wont be any generosity when it comes to this issue.

Why spare anyone now? Galactus was banned 3 months for just dropping the ball and dropping ssgs failing to drop information about not dropping his nuts but then name drops drops. This is worst than that.
