Late 2001 when Doom Connector was essentially brand new. I was 9.

I've never been a source port loyalist - If it runs Doom, awesome.

Time flies!

My Doom online history dates back to 1996 a few times over dial-up with a friend. I got into multiplayer online stuff via Skulltag 96f in 2005 and have been on and off ever since. Keep in mind I was under a few different aliases back then and haven't played competitively since around 2009. Now I just make really bad mods for your pleasure. Good stuff.

I played Doom 64 as my first time on doom. started online doom back in 2005, but did not come to skulltag until 2007. I believe I started competitive around 08-09 After a year or 2 of being a zdoomwars junky

Some time way back in 04 when the Skulltag icon was just the skull from the Doom menu. I don't even remember what I was calling myself that far back, probably Clubfoot or something retarded like that.

Although if we're talking about "when did you start playing Doom" then rewind another ten years.

Zdaemon in 2003 or 2004, can't remember exactly. But I think it was in february. Found info how to join Planet Doom server and that I need something called Zdaemon to do that. And so I did.

Stayed at Zdaemon till 2010. Didn't like anything about Skulltag when I tested it first, somewhere around 2005. I had to see Ghouls vs Humans to finally say farewell to Zdaemon.

2004/2005, don't remember when exactly but I miss times when I was one of the youngest people around SkullTag.

I started playing on Zdaemon in 2006-7 (?)
Then came to skulltag in 2010. I'm not really active anymore though.

I remember you in [wolf] on ZD around that time with Roscoe. Nice clan that was.
