I saw this yesterday! Personally, I can't wait for it! Also, if Toriyama himself is going to play a huge role in the creation of the movie, me personally, I expect a lot from this Movie.

Apparently it's going to be in Japanese theaters on 30th March 2013.

I don't know. Just because Toriyama is supposedly going to play a role in the creation of the movie doesn't guarantee it will be entertaining. Stephen King once directed a movie from one of his books; needless to say it was terrible.
