Pretty sure acapella means without instrumental music, as in just singing, and obviously no doom tracks have lyrics so I doubt it.

Wow! They took what seemed at first to be a bad idea and made it awesome!
As far as I know, Doom music hasn't been done this way.

you use the voice as the instruments....
its an instrumental done with voice, no lyrics needed...

Yeah but that isn't the definition of a capella.

Yeah but that isn't the definition of a capella.
Wikipedia says your wrong:
"In addition to singing words, some a cappella singers also emulate instrumentation by reproducing instrumental sounds with their vocal cords and mouth"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_cappella ... nstruments
the bare bones definition is singing without instuments, ie nothing but vocal cords.

Problem is, that song isn't a capella. You can clearly hear the drums.
Second: As much you'd like to have a capella music mod, you need to use MP3s because midis play differently for everyone depending on what soundfont they are using. And a lot of freaking of MP3s. Also having a singing voice.
