Why limit yourself to one of them. I use hotmail for stuff I regulary use and yahoo -more like spamworld- for sites I'll probably not use more than once.

http://mailinator.com/

But I have 8 hotmail account. To cover any site and need I may have. I know: it might be excessive but it's like drugs, once you start making new addresses it's hard to stop.

Gmail. Who are we to challenge our Google internet overlords?

But really, Gmail offers by far the most space, has (IMO) the cleanest and easiest to use interface, offers countless features that most other providers don't (aka basically any of Google's services like Voice, Drive, Docs, etc), and even allows you to use your own domain name instead of @gmail.com if you want.

Gmail for being a all in one acess to all of Google's services with one account.
Mailinator for being a giant spam bucket and no signup require.
