I was bored and decided to make a Windows XP styled theme! The theme is blue (without transparency) and includes a 1080p bliss wallpaper and the Windows XP sounds. The theme works on windows 7 and 8. Mine looks a little different because I'm using a custom start menu icon.

It looks good. I'll have to to try it out as the standard theme is starting to bore me.
