Title says it all.

What are your favorite FPS Weapons?

My faves:
- SPNKR Rocket Launcher (Halo) - A fast and incredibly satisfying rocket launcher
- Energy Sword (Halo) - turning gun toting supersoldiers into reckless maniacs since 2004
- Hand Cannon (Bioshock Infinite) - Beautiful design and reload animation, and when its fully upgraded it can 1-shot most enemies
- Flamethrower (TF2) - overall fun weapon, especially when screwing someone over with an airblast
- Super Shotgun (Doom) - Probably one of the most generally useful shotguns out there, and looks badass
- Dual WSTE-M5s (Marathon 2) - Extremely deadly dual wielded flip-cocked shotguns
- China Broom (Bioshock Infinite) - Loud, beautiful, and powerful
- Galleria 1991 (Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon) - fully upgraded it's got four barrels and phosphorus rounds that set pretty much everything on fire.

-Plasma Rifle/Shotgun (Doom/Doom 2) Because why not?
-DD44 Dostovei/KF7 Soviet (Goldeneye 007). Deadly in the right hands. MY hands. >:D
-.357 (Half-Life 2). Because the velocity pushes humanoid enemies into a flip almost
-Katana/Magnum/Hunting Rifle (Left 4 Dead 2). Perfect for most situations.
-Annihlator (Metroid Prime 2: Echoes). Because it does much damage to both light and dark enemies.
-Sniper Rifle (Star Wars Battlefront 2) Because snippy snip.
-Nailgun/Super Nailgun (Quake) Fuackin' nails! Nothing better!
-Shotgun/Rocket Launcher (Quake 3: Arena) Most effective up close.
-I guess also the Combat Knife (Deus Ex) Because stabbing enemies has never been this hilarious.

Super Shotgun, Doom 2

So, my favs are:
-Rivet gun, Bioshock 2 - useful, precise, strong, ammo for it can be widely found all around. Also trap rivets
-Shotgun, Bioshock Infinite - instantkill and rather fast reload
-Shock Jockey, Bioshock Infinite (it IS a weapon. Sorta) - especially liked it's altfire. Those crystals look neat
-Assault Rifle, F.E.A.R. 2 - you could find ammo for it practically everywhere, and it was a cool thing to spam
-Electrodriver, Painkiller - Shurikens and electricity. Also you can combine them into a trap that glues to all surfaces and shocks everyone around! Sweet Baby Jesus With a Party Hat!!!
-Plasmagun, Doom - SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM

* Sawed off (Blood) - Nothing beats the fast and deadly burst from this. Not even Doom's SSG.
* Tesla Cannon (Blood 2) - Yes, I like this more as a spammy weapon. It's explosive too! The alt fire is just epic.
* Cabalco Death Ray (Blood 2) - My favorite in terms of railguns.
* BFG9000 (Doom) - Really epic. Nothing more to say.
* M60 (Powerslave) - It just felt really satisfying to fire this weapon back then.
* Katana (Shadow Warrior) - Ha ha, you no mess with Lo Wang! 'Nuff said.
* Riotgun (Shadow Warrior) - Although not as great as sawed off from Blood IMO, still a majestic beast to hold.
* Meteor Staff (Hexen 2) - Really one of the most creative approaches taken to the Rocket Launcher I've ever seen.
* Devastator (Duke Nukem 3D) - I'd be a fool to not list it here.
* Shrinker (Duke Nukem 3D) - A really innovative weapon, unseen anywhere at it's time. Quite fun to use as well.
* Almost every weapon in Painkiller - They are all so creative and different to what we are used to, it makes you simply stare at the screen in awe and absolute excitement as the gibs of the enemies rain down.

I think these would be it for me. I'm pretty sure I missed a few, but off the top of my head this is my list.

I forgot some.

-Sapphire Wand (Hexen) It being Daedolon's starting weapon, it might be weak, but has piercing properties to a certain degree.
-BloodScourge/Quietus/Wraithverge (Hexen) How can you not love these weapons, They're just 3 kinds of epic unique each to them.
-Punch Dagger (Strife) It being a silent weapon and part of a nice Stamina system made it worthy to use even in the endgame.
-Assault Gun (Strife) A very practical weapon for if you need to not worry for stealth, also has it's own Accuracy system which made it a very helpful weapon towards the endgame.

Now I think that's it. :D

Nobody has yet mentioned the flack cannon from the Unreal Tournament games.

DooM series - Rocket Launcher, Plasma Gun and BFG9000
Unreal series - Flak Cannon, Minigun, Rocket Launcher and Redeemer
Painkiller - All of the weapons. One of the best weapons out there imo!
Heretic - You could say all of them, I guess. Can't really decide... but if I'd have to then Crossbow!
HeXen - All of the Fighter's weapons, Wraithverge and Bloodscourge.
Half-Life 2 - Crowbar (Not joking), Shotgun, RPG, Bug Bait and of course the Gravity Gun!
Quake III Arena/Team Arena - Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Lightning Gun, Railgun, BFG10K, Prox Launcher and Nail Gun.

This is all that I can remember right now... might post again if I remember anything else.

Flak cannon (Unreal..... one!Huehuehueheuheu): It's a wall bouncing shotgun and an explosive weapon at the same time! And it sounds cool... Well, I like it's "earlier" sound more (they changed the weapon sounds in newer versions of Unreal for some reason).

Super Nailgun AKA Perforator (Quake): Because nails are cool. More nails are cooler. (However, Lava nails are hot in DoE=P)
Soul cube (Doom 3): Because killing things is profitable. But I still don't like nightmare difficulty, heheh.
Grenade Launcher (Quake): Its grenades are practically "bouncing rockets" to me. Plus its RoF is better than the Rocket Launcher's.
Eightball launcher (Unreal one): Because firing 6 rockets at once is never enough, it also can fire 6 grenades at once!
Knife (Modern Warfare): ...Waitwut.
Silenced sten (RTCW): Because I like its "somewhat silent" "pewpewpewpews".
M1A1 Thompson (Medal of Honor: Allied Assault): I like its sound. And I like tommy guns in general.
Tommy gun (Blood): Because it's a tommy gun, that's enough.
M1-A2 Thompson (Serious Sam): See above.
Sawed off (Blood): It's better than your SSG.
Drunk Missile (Rise of the Triad): Ocassionally-homing multi-rockets. That's all.
Firebomb (Rise of the Triad): Plus-shaped explosions FTW.
SBC cannon (Serious Sam): ...You'll know it when you see it.


Extra:
Spear of destiny (Samsara): LOL, buttered popcorn.
Flash Bomb (MM8BDM): I like explosions in my screen and these last a lot.

Tau Cannon (Half-Life) - Tau-Particles chaingun, powered by uranium-235. Sounds fun, right?
SBC Cannon (SS1) - Eheheh...
Flamethrower (Return To Castle Wolfenstein) - Light them up! Burn them alive! With a beautiful graphic effects!

SSG in doom2.. SG in bioshock.. Sawed-off in blood.. Riotgun in shadow warrior.. shotgun in F.E.A.R., oh well am very easy :|

LOL! I always thought that it was something like a pod racer from Star Wars: Episode 1. I guess it must be a flack cannon from UT3, which I never played. I only played the original UT and UT 2004. Anyway, I wear the Flack Monkey medal proudly.
