Created this account just to post. I'm 19, been playing Doom since I was 8, the PSX version was awesome. I got into Skulltag like 4 and a half years ago. I still play occasionally even though I enjoy playing TF2 and Garry's Mod a lot.

I'm 13. I find it quite astonishing to see members who are of younger age then me, I guess I'm not alone! Anyways, I've just started playing Doom 2 a few months ago, I've known about it for years, but I never managed to buy a copy. Luckily I'm now a proud owner of Ultimate Doom, Doom II, Quake II, and Quake III.

Hopefully, may time will grant me the knowledge of modding soon enough.

Better hope time grants you better wisdom and education, those are what matters; not some modding knowledge that has absolutely 0 gain.

Of course, this should always come first. At my school, I take all advanced classes and some extracurricular activities (sports). Though as a side hobby, I love video games (for the most part) just as a modern child would do.

Now, moving from life teachings...

Yey this is all so heartwarming.

Believe it or not modding isnt 0 gain..
Graphic-wise modding well its obvious why not 0 gain.

Modding ACS and decorate will make learning and perfecting real programming easier.

You got a point. I think he means that it isn't something that can go on a resume, but nevertheless there is definitely some gain there.

20. Been playing since '96-'97, thanks to my dad. Weird to think that the first game I ever remember playing is Doom, not Zelda, not Pokemon, but Doom. Heh.
