I support these but not the contest idea. Why don't we just combine the efforts to make a full length video instead? I really like Dark's video and the music used in it, so we might just as well combine certain things, like other mods. That's not a bad idea either. I quite like the idea of combining efforts to make one video. I don't know about a contest, but making more videos is totally what I look forward to. In order to achieve a much more complete video, I could use some more demos. The main problem with my current video like I've said before, is that I lack footage... Though this could be easily resolved with a bit of help from the community.
Organizing a sort of mega-collab could be much more simple than that: You submit a demo file in which you achieve something either impressive or funny, bundle it with a text file describing it. All the players could also suggest some tracks to be used within the video file and there would be one crazy person to compile and edit all this. :)
