The error says the dll isn't there. It is.


Is now what I get when trying to start up slade 3. This is after I installed the C++ 2010 runtime, which is now on here with the 2005 one my computer already had. Before I had installed the C++ runtime I was getting two dll errors, which after each of the two was attended to, I got another error about a library from a dll not being readable (or something similar). My desktop's running windows ultimate 32-bit SP1.

Any solution's come to mind?

Can you post DLL sizes and creation dates?

I recently downloaded both from http://www.dll-files.com, msvcp100 is 421kb, msvcr100 is 808kb.

Try installing these instead.

I had installed that after adding the dll's alone hadn't worked. Just to be sure I installed it again, this is the resulting error of trying to run slade.

Remember to remove the DLLs from your Slade dir, as it tries to read them first.

Alright, I've removed the DLLs from the directory and restarted the computer. The error is unchanged.
