We've dealt with these before. They usually do the same thing; register, make one generic post, disappear for a while, then come back and try to advertise something.

Since North Korea doesn't allow people to use private network(And They have no money to buy modern computer), They use it on the public agency(like Kim il Sung(aka The first pig king of North Korea) university) with Surveillance(and North Korea blocked all network except allowed site(like Chinese site))

Of course, There are some exceptions.North Korea send their people to foreign country for education. and These people can use network without
blocking and Surveillance.

in a few words, They have no liberty

So,
Repubic of Korea == South Korea
Democratic People's Republic of Korea == North Korea
All korean in this forum include rico, me,DoomIsGood, and others are South Korean(And It's Same in Zandronum's Game Server).

and personally from now, plz don't ask me like "Are you a South Korean or North Korean" in game(especially in zh)
