Arachnos, Chainys and HKs. I love evading spam and huge amounts of hp, because that makes fisting funnier :D

Arch-viles for they bizarre looks and special abilities
Cacodemons for looking epic and being a symbol of nearly anything doom-related
Pain elementals for being similar to Cacodemons
Imps - those guys are just damn funny.
From other games I like the Pig Cop, the Heresiarch, the Disciple of D'Sparil, and Hans Grosse (Guten Tag!)
