A specific time has not yet been decided. However, with the
list of members being quite small this event will be broadcasted somewhat publicly (meaning anybody can join this testing run).
Here's how it will work: If you are interested in helping out this Thursday, you can post so in this thread but you must do two things:
1.) Post your available times for Thursday (if you do not know just take a good guess, such as morning/afternoon/evening)
2.) Make sure you have an account on the
tracker!! This is imperative for testing!
Also, timezones will be a bit annoying if you post your available times and it's in a different timezone, so
please let me know what timezone you're in!
EDIT: Also, for the sake of gathering everybody to the testing server on Thursday, please join #zatesting on IRC (@ irc.zandronum.com) so I can easily notify people when the event begins.

Sounds good to me.
I have to work around the morning and afternoon time at my job, so most likely I'll be available around 3-6 PM EST.

Okay. I have decided the time period in which this event is to take place:
Thursday, 7/12/2012, from 12:00 PM to ~8:00 PM EST (9:00 AM to ~5:00 PM PDT)
Note that even though this is 8 hours, we may or may not get everything done in this time interval. I have taken into account the available times of everybody who posted theirs in this thread.
Make sure to stop by #zatesting before or during the event when you are available.

PS. Arco, I understand that your available times is midway through the event; just stop by IRC as soon as you are available for testing!

Alright, the final part of the first Zandronum Testing Session is scheduled to take place on...
Saturday, 7/14/2012, from 12:00 PM to ~2:00 PM EST (9:00 AM to ~11 AM PDT)

Yeah, that was the only thing we found. I'll make sure to note the issues we find in the thread next time we do another major run like this.
