Possibly not. I've checked the site's source while running (Not via "View Page Source") and couldn't find any malicious javascript.
It's most likely a scare but I cannot be 100% sure anyway.

Regardless, just don't bother with that site.

To catch everyone up on what happened:

It looks like an admin of the .ru site made up fake Carnevil and StasBFG posts, and tried to say Skulltag moved to their website.
The admin of that site also spammed his site through Zan's PM system using a fake StasBFG account.

As for the "hacking", I suspect they gave out their site's admin password(s?) on purpose, expecting random people on this forum to log in and deface the site.

What I've heard from various Russian Doomers was that the .ru site might have been legitimate at one point in time, but ended up falling apart and ended up being mostly trolls and impostor accounts in the forums and comments.

Any problem users that were deactivated show up as "Unregistered", that's what that means if you see it
