RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
It'd be better to just keep images disabled in signatures. They're an eyesore.
RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
I can't seem to use any buttons that don't exist in the Quick Reply box. Can't make new topics, subscribe, or any of that fancy stuff.
RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
I guess we'll have to use the New User group as a method of approval or something. I am really confused about how this is configured myself, so I just moved you into the regular users group.XutaWoo wrote: I can't seem to use any buttons that don't exist in the Quick Reply box. ...I still can use any of those things.
What are the buttons coded in, anyway? They seem like regular buttons in the base theme yet they still don't do anything for me.

RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
The "Mark forum read" button doesn't seem to work in the Releases forum (Maps and Modifications section), though it's fine everywhere else I've tried thus far. Only difference I'm noticing right off the bat are the thread tags, which seems like an odd cause for an issue but perhaps worth mentioning.

RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
"Mark forum read" not working is a known bug, not sure how to fix it myself.

Apparently it's an old PostgreSQL issue that we didn't look into fully before launching IIRC. We'll look into it.

For anyone who can manage the themes:
I noticed that the other themes don't have the cool new icons I made, so I put a .zip together with them:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9403129/art/scifi_tiny.zip
And I have some zips of the post activity icons/helmets:
Regular: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9403129/art/scifi_helmgfx.zip
.zip with Alternates: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9403129/art/scifi_helmalt.zip

Personally, I feel that the Space Blue Alternate Transparent one should be the default, with the angled green banner of the default skin but recolored a smooth dark blue.
Dunno. The neon green just doesn't sit well with me and it's a bit straining on the eyes, and the blue reminds me of this port's roots.

^, this. It's very perfect and the logo isn't as much of a pain to the eyes to read.Medicris wrote: Personally, I feel that the Space Blue Alternate Transparent one should be the default

There needs to be a subforum for serverhosts. :(
RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
There is. Post it in the Master Server forum which is essentially the same thing as server hosts (With more open Master talk in there too).Boko wrote: There needs to be a subforum for serverhosts. :(

This could go well with the blue Smoky Tokyo theme too. (Is it still broken?)

RE: Forum Suggestions/Bugs
I want to suggest these two things:
1. Move "Pages (n)" to the right of the page if it is possible (in case Staff do not want to keep it this way).
2. IRC network rules page. Yes, seriously. (Was I stupid enough again not to find it myself? Please send me a link to it then)

How about a shoutbox? Might be in the forum page somewhere, either for general discussion or for admins to post important information that we can see the instant we get onto the forums.

Fixed, hopefully. The cause for this was silly.Decay wrote: Bug: Clicking on regular user profiles shows them as (Fabulous Admins)
