Strange map bug caused by Zandronum...

...or so I assume. I'm really at a loss for what to do at this point. Whenever I test the map on Skulltag, it's perfectly fine, but once I switch over to Zandronum, this happens to the kitchen:

Whenever you move around the effected sectors, the textures vanish and split as seen in the above screenshots. I've also noticed that some of the neighboring sectors floor heights have bled into one another, causing some invisible lip effect across most of the kitchen, as well as around the outside on shot three.

I've done all that I could think of. I've even drawn in new sectors, and all that has done is either make the problem worse, or just move it into another area close by.

Have you tried it in the different renderers? Also check that all resource wads are same when running st and zan.

Is it what's causing the next version of WDI not to be released ? (i mean the map itself)

Have you checked for all types of errors in DB2?

Yes. Doom Builder shows nothing. It's once I'm in game.

Are all of the sectors closed?

Did you try copying and pasting an object from one sector into a different sector?

Did you accidentally unmark the "double sided" flag on some of the lines?

Are you mapping in UDMF?

If so, check for non-integer vertex coordinates near the errors you see (i.e., coordinates that aren't whole numbers), Skulltag had a problem with UDMF, but I've noticed that Zand is much more sensitive to this

Also, do you see these bugs in the software renderer?

If it works on skulltag but not on zandronum then it's obviously on zandronum's side.
If this need a fix it will take long i suppose for the next version to come so please ask shooter to release it ):

You, sir, are one sexy beast! Consider this issue busted.

DB2 would report any errors like this.
