What are the steps to puke a clientside script while spectating?

1. open console
2. puke script

Can that be bound to a key like a normal puked script? Searching this has also brought up results that include using consolecommand.
I am trying to test this in an offline skirmish, with both NET and NET CLIENTSIDE versions of the same script that prints and logs "the script is working" but haven't got that to work.
