SLADE Error - (0xc000007b)

I just downloaded the latest version of SLADE and I am running into an error. Whenever I start the program I get the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
I believe that I already have all the necessary .dll files, so I don't know what the problem could be.

how did you install slade3 in the first place, by zip? personnaly i would reccomend the installer as it ussualy works 95% of the time right out of the box. (because it installs all the neccesary .net framwork stuff and w/e it needs.)

yea I just extracted the latest build. I guess I can try an installer right now
Edit: Thanks the installer seemed to fix the problem
