It's honestly only time consuming, and you could make this yourself. No one really does requests like this.

so where do we request skins? i rly need this one, besides i got load of things to do in rl and i dont got time to create skins

You don't request. You make them and post them here for others to see and use. (also if you have time to play, then you have time to make a skin, the same amount of time is used, albeit one or two more intrevals of it.)

You should read that back to yourself, sounds really needy tbh.

If you really need a skin, you either a) make friends with some spriters and ask nicely for a friend-to-friend favor, b) find it somewhere in old skins archive, c) do it yourself or d) make sad face and lower your sight in shame.
Those are the only options. As you can see, requesting kinda doesn't exist there. Which is sad, come to think about it.

The 1337Marine is fairly close to what you described. You can find him in ZandroSkins (He's the second from the left in the title image).

Just change the green color to a black color and you're good to go By seeing the black colors already on the skin, you can brighten those parts up to how you want it to be, and the arms a little brighter. I hope this made sense

alright i will try to do what you said, but what program i should use to do it?

Open the .wad with either Slade or XWE, then edit the images with either paint or photoshop.
If it is .pk3, then simple Winrar will do. After all, .pk3 = .zip

As long as you do not use paint, you will survive these guys behaviour.
I suggest GIMP, and mr fiat got a youtube video lying around somewhere on his channel about how to recolor sprites with it.
