UDMF player starts 8-32?

I remember there were player starts 8 to 32 in UDMF, but when I upgraded to GZDoom Builder they're not there anymore.
Do they still exist? If so, what's their DoomEd number?

If I remember right you'll have to add those manually as thing type 4001-4024
