Doom Builder 2 should list those two DoomEdNum things under DECORATE section. do you have DECORATE inside a resource WAD/PK3 when editting the map? Did you add the resource to map options (F2)?
Anyway, you can still use those DoomEdNums.. DB2 will show it is unknown thing, but if it really works in Zandronum, then the monsters should appear there.

As far as i am aware the blood demon doomed number is 3110 and should appear under the monsters sub category in the things menu. If not, try scrolling down to the very bottom and you should see a sub category called decorate or something alike. If that doesn't work then it must be the format you are using.

I put all the files into a WAD archive called monsterpack and added it to the resources through the map options but however I can still not see the monsters in the things menu but able to still summon them through the console while playing.

The wad pack may not have doomED numbers in its decorate lump, which means the monsters won't show in a doom editor. You need to give them numbers in the WADs DECORATE. I tend to start off at 19999 and work down.

They do have the Doomed numbers in their decorate lumps, which is why I'm confused on why they're not appearing on my things list at all.
______EDIT________
Here's a link to the wad i created, maybe you guys can see what I'm doing wrong

Spoiler: Here's how it appears to me (Open)After adding your WAD as a resource in Map Options:

You're not supposed to have multiple DECORATE lumps in the same WAD. If you want to split it up into multiple lumps, use #include.

Did i not say that they should be in a sub category called decorate RIGHT at the bottom of the things menu?

I find it appropiate to now ask this:
What format are you mapping in and what version of DB2 are you using, and is it downloaded from the official doom builder website?

it WAS the format (i was using the standard doom 2 one) instead of skulltag's because i i just clicked on doom 2 instead of looking through the list when asked to make a new map. Welp Ima nub and an idiot but thank you all for the help
