Voxels in a .WAD file

Can voxels be made to work with .WAD files?

Yeah, but not in Zandronum as of now.

EDIT: Actually, you said .WAD. I think it has to be a pk3 for that to work.

then put the voxels inside a pk3 file and then put the pk3 file inside a wad file? :S

Probably not. Wads go fine in pk3s though.
