Problem With SLADE 3

SLADE 3 hasn't been properly saving the changes I make to WAD files. Whenever I make a change, I always click the save button, and SLADE asks me again if I want to save my changes when I close the program. I last edited the file a few minutes ago, but when I look at the file in my DOOM 2 folder, it says it was last modified two days ago. If I run the WAD in the DOOM 2 folder, all the changes I made are there, but if I copy and paste the WAD to another folder, like Final DOOM, and play it from there, it's exactly the same as it was two days ago. What is going on? Can anyone here help me, or should I go to the SLADE 3 forums?

Yeah, you probably saved the thing you changed and not the whole wad. There is a Difference between the save button above your work and the one on the top left.

That doesn't work, either. Besides, every time I close out of SLADE, it asks me if I want to save the changes I made to the entire WAD, and I always say yes. Nothing works. It hasn't always been like this, either. It only started a few days ago. It's like all of the changes are only being saved in SLADE's archive, not the WAD file itself.

Never mind, I fixed it. I'm still not sure exactly what the problem was, but since I was still using XWE and SLADE 3 at the same time, I think they were conflicting with each other. Like I said, it's fixed now, so no worries.
