Railgun freeze tag

It's really what it says. You start with a railgun and have an infinite supply of ammo, and it works like instagib, but when you're shot, you freeze in place, and can not move, counting you as dead, leaving you in specator mode until someone unfreezes you, which they can do by standing next to you for a set number of seconds. when you're free, the old actor dies, leaving you able to respawn.
It's a mode I remembered playing back in my Q3A days, and it was fun.

The scripting for this would be a nightmare to get right, but it's well worth the hell.

Oh yeah, I remember playing Freeze Tag while I still active on Quake III.... Good ol' times. This would certainly be fun, if it's done right of course!

I'd do this if I cared enough, the ACS doesn't sound too terribly hard (the hard part would be detecting when players are nearby in a non-laggy way)
