Crash in a TLMS map

I did a TLMS map for my mod but after I connect to server and join any side game instantly crashes without any explict reason. All other modes even teamplay-based aren't cause a crash. What might be a probem?

Did you remember to put deathmatch starts?

I said that on all game modes except TLMS game works perfectly that implies I have put them or DM wouldn't work.

Just to double check: It does not crash in LMS?

Tested. I run a map from Doom Builder 2 to test it, observe it in spectator mode then go to main menu, multiplayer, offline skirmish, choose Team Last Man Standing, choose any map, press start new game button and then game crashes (Last Man Standing causes it to crash too). BUT I could once play both problematic modes without crashes, but only once and can't repeat it anymore. INB4 I crashed only if anybody joins the game in (T)LMS mode, but now it happens instantly after starting new game.

Alright, so it crashes in LMS and TLMS on every map, but not with any other game mode? Could be a Zandronum bug, please create a minimal example wad and post it on the tracker.
