If you mean "is hitting a projectile with another projectile possible?", then I'm pretty certain the answer is yes.

Try adding the -NOBLOCKMAP flag to your projectile actor in order to enable passive hit detection - ie, it can be hit by other things.
Keep in mind, I can't actually guarantee if this would work, but there's bound to be a mod out there that has successfully used this for a specific purpose.

I think he means whether you can somehow predict if a fired projectile would hit (a moving target for example), which is pretty dynamic and changes constantly...

I think he simply means he wants to know what his projectile just hit, such as a player, or something wit a certain TID.

In which, I don't know if it's even possible without damagetypes and some ACS hacks :p
