Is it possible to change the maximum height of maps in doom builder? If so, how?

Wait, what? What do you mean? Like the engine limit?

Isn't the max height and depth 65536 units each? 131072 units totaled?
Why need it larger? I think it's even larger than the zdoom's maximum render distance.

Why would you ever need a map that big

Some of you may notice that the maps in All Out War 2 Omega Project was large and the mountains, cliffs, and buildings are almost at the same height and i want to something higher with using sectors to simulate rooms inside main rooms just to change the maximum height. I am working on a special version of AOW2 which will feature 3 teams and larger maps, that's the reason why.

Can someone give me an example of how tall a mountain or just a simple block can zandronum handle?

Um, those aren't even close to the maximum height... the maximum height would be like 40 times that at least.
Also if you're making tall maps that the player won't reach I would recommend using a Skybox.

Unless your making a stairs into heaven map why would you need such size limits?!

The size limits are engine limits, and just so you know the only types of engine limits AOW2 maps get to are length/width. The tallest playable maps ever (to some people anyway) would go to MasterJumps maps (you need to be a rocket jumping master though).
By the way, when you hit the top of the map, you actually wrap around back to the bottom, as you can see in MasterJumps. So don't actually go that high.

Can't you just use 3D floors to get what you want there? Maybe I missed the point completely...

Unless you want to virtually simulate mount Everest, then I'd suggest using a skybox for scenery instead.

there is another point: he said aow2 with 3 teams... that is possible, but its so complicated that even dusk decided it was madness to try >.<
