Well 10,000 is outside the allowed script limit of 999, so that's probably your issue.

Well, it turns out my mistake was simply that I set the wrong state name - I knew it was something stupid. The problem now is, the monsters won't mix.

Unfortunately, using this method does not fix me issue on the real deal, and as it will select only one faction and will pick this faction randomly (originally I was actually able to pick which, but only one), and I get some CPU lag.
