Teleportation gun

I was wondering if there was any possible way I could create a gun that teleports an enemy or another player to a target map spot. Is there any way I can create a gun that activates an acs script when the projectile hits a player with the player being shot as the script activator?

Make a custom pain state in your player and monster actors that will teleport them.
