Force chasecam onto a player that has it deactivated

I want to force the third person view onto a player with some definitions too, but not sure how to make an acs that checks the actual "chase" command status onto a player, some help?

I believe that's not possible. You can use ACS to make your own camera, like Brutal Doom does. Reference: https://zdoom.org/wiki/Cleaned-up_third_person_camera

Although it'll be really jittery in 3.0 due to no SetActorPosition interpolation.
