Master Banned - Under someone else's range - again.

So, this is the case.

I am once again banned under a Master Ban Range, this time the guy is called "Ironicuz". The IDE won't refresh the servers, and makes this text on the log in every server refresh;

14:36:51: You are banned on the Skulltag master server. Use previous servers list. Number of servers=325

And this comes, when I try to connect on IRC [This is new, I was able to connect to IRC after I wasn't able to refresh servers, this revealed that the Ironicuz was ban evasing and had another IP banned];

-mancubus.zandronum.com- *** You have been banned from connecting to this server. As most bans are temporary, please wait it out. Evading a ban will result in it being made permanant. If this is a mistake, e-mail zairc@sickedwick.net to contact an administrator. Please include the ERROR line below in your report.

Well, I haven't done the above, because I was suggested to post a topic about this.

Also, I have /16 IP, which I heard can complicate things a bit. So, yeah, I'd really like help to this shitstorm, once again.

I have removed your ban from IRC and whitelisted you on the master server. It should be fixed for now.
