Have 20+ servers that I plan on leaving running permanently, though server browser is currently limiting me to seeing 10.

Searched your threads and noticed that my IP will require whitelisting or else it caps it at 10 servers only.

Since I have a ISP that does not provide me a permanent IP until I upgrade to a ridiculously overpriced business class ($200+/mnth vs currently $100/mnth), I was going to register for a dynamic DNS and just toss in my IP into that every 6 months upon IP renewal (its a 6 month lease).

Can Zandro team whitelist me via a dynamic DNS address, or does it have to be by IP only?
