Zandronum

Hmmm, I'm a little confused. I just downloaded Zandronum for the first time ever, and it says I'm banned from the master server?

I've seen other threads that mention being caught in a rage ban, but I guess I'm not sure what that means, heh.

Where are you from ? Do you have a dynamic IP by any chance ? You might be getting caught in range bans or....

I shouldn't have a dynamic IP. From Colorado.

Then you are either getting caught in a range ban or maybe the admins might have banned you for some reason(could also be a mistake, but it's best to verify with master server staff when they arrive)

Not sure. I think I've been banned since I pulled up the client, because on doomseeker i'm ONLY able to view Odamex ones. I was never able to view Zan : /

doesnt mean you are banned, that means you havnt configured doomseeker properly.

must have missed that but when he said that doomseeker isnt even displaying zandronum servers in the first place, it made me asume it wasnt properly configured.

Well I've never been banned from Master so I dunno how Doomseeker reacts to it either. (:

He was caught in a range ban. By looking at the white listings, someone has already added OP's ip address. He should be able to play now. If not, something else may be the problem.

Hi everyone, I'm having the same problem. I've never used Zandronum before in my life. I'm currently connected to the internet via VPN, if that means anything.

Try playing without the VPN.
